Angela Rayner’s lawyers claim that ‘scape goat’ was made
Angela Rayners’ a flat purchase of the Hove, a transplant company, “scape goats” was made and said they did not give tax advice.
After the silence, Ms. Rayner confessed that she had misrepresented the Hove apartment as her primary residence and gained a tax reduction worth £ 40,000, and directed the ethics of the ministry on Wednesday.
The Deputy Prime Minister, who is also the secretary of the housing, said in a statement that he received legal advice for the property that he did not need to pay a higher tax.
The claim came from the transport company Verrico & Assocates.
Joanna Verrico, the general manager of the company, told The Telegraph: “When we bought the apartment in Hove, we acted for Mrs. Rayner. We did not give tax or trust advice and never pay taxes. Something we always direct our customers to an accountant or tax expert.”
Sources close to Mrs. Rayner said that they received legal advice on the amount of stamp tax paid from a transporter and two experts in the law of trust – but none was named.
There is no suggestion that Verrico & Associates is a transfer company that gives tax advice on fixed purchase.
