Victoria police announce $1m reward for information on Porepunkah fugitive Dezi Freeman | Porepunkah shooting

The Victoria police announced a million dollar award for information that led to the arrest of fugitive DEZİ Freeman after alleged that two police officers were killed in Porpunkah last month.
Di Dean Thomas from the murder team said that the award up to $ 1 million ”was the greatest presented for arrest.
“This figure acknowledges the seriousness of this accusation of violence and our commitment to find Freeman as soon as possible, so that there is no longer a risk for a wider community,” Thomas said.
“It is very important that we can safely detain him as soon as possible – I hope this award helps to do this.”

On August 26, Freeman shot and killed two officers on his residence on the Rayner track in Porpunkah in northeast of Victoria. A third officer was seriously injured and now heals at home.
Freeman has been running away since then and he had no official views.
