Gang held for stealing diesel from trucks, police vehicles in Vellore

A four -member gang was arrested by Veppamkupam police for playing diesel from trucks, trucks and police vehicles parked in various places in Vellore on Sunday.

Police said Illavarasan also said three other gang members involved in the theft for the last two years. The police put a trap while Illavarasan told the gang members that diesel had been stolen from several vehicles. Gang members came to the place where they gathered by the police.
A case was recorded by the Veppamkuppam police. They were all placed in the middle prison in Vellore. A probe continues.
