Olympio finds multiple glittering targets at Quebec gold project
Olympio Metals General Manager Sean Deleney said: “The Bousquet project rapidly emerged as a new new gold discovery. Drilling confirmed the potential of this system to more than three kilometers of east-west and one kilometer in a corridor more than a north-south.
The company’s floor includes an impressive 3-kilometer impressive East-West strike trend along the nearby North Bousquet error spreading to the north-south width up to 1.5km. Olympio described multiple mineralized structures that show that it is a strong potential to contain one or more gold beds exceeding one million ounces in an area of 4.5 square kilometers.
Expectations remain open along the strike and are defined at shallow depths, which suggest that there are plenty of rooms for more lateral and depth extensions.
Olympio’s field team systematically testing these regions supported by geologist Martin Demers, who have more than 20 years of experience in the famous Abitibi Golden region, which includes Quebec’s Bousquet project.
Demers helped to transform the results of the discovery in Hecla Mining’s Casa Berardi project into a working mine, and played an important role in the growth of Olympio’s Heva and Hosco deposits next to Bousquet Ground.
The recent re -processing of the company’s historical very low frequency (VLF) electromagnetic data has been proven to be a gaming exchange that defines more than one gold -carrying structure.
Most of these structures extend beyond the known mineralization and have not yet been tested. It spreads to the south with its North Bousquet error and Cadillac break as far as possible as much as possible and the main targets for Olympio’s extended drilling program.
VLF data shows powerful correlation areas with known gold zones, including Paquin, Paquin Deeps, Amade and Docoeur drilled areas, and increase the trust of the project to the potential of the project.
Most of the area covered with fine glacier and these structures have been concealed for surface monitoring efforts for a long time and have been critical for homing in the drill targets of geophysical vehicles such as VLF.
The nearby Normar Nord Hope, which is connected to a Porphyrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrraisionen to the north of the Cadillac break in the Bousquet project area, is also a priority goal for future studies.
Olympio’s Bousquet project is located at Agnico Eagle’s 15.8 million ounce La Ronde Gold project and Iamgold’s geological dessert within 15 km from 2.4 million ounces Westwood operation.
With the Bousquet project, Radisson Mining’s 1 million ounce O’Brien Gold project, 15 km east and about 2 km southeast of La Ronde, high -ranking quartz reefs and wider low -grade areas reflect the similarities that mineralization reflects the Bousquet style.
Olympio is preparing to improve its first success with the analysis of the drilling drilling for the next two months.
Bousquet Project’s high -graded Hitler, a large number of unspecified targets and the main address between Cadillac Break and North Bousquet error, draws a compelling picture of the region and the potential ussides.
Delaney, more exciting, said the company only draws the surface. The 10 km -tested strike is located in the north of the Cadillac break, which is directly trendy from some world -class deposits.
Olympio gradually opens this potential, early drilling and geophysics, all of the world -class mines very close to a large -scale gold system. As the results appear, the profile of the project will continue to grow and will offer potentially exciting development in one of Canada’s richest golden arches.
