I’m looking for a job again. These days it’s jobseekers’ AI resume blather versus employers’ AI jargon

Do these types of HR use now use artificial intelligence to write job descriptions and scan the resumes, so do they need to find more creative ways to torture those who seek job seekers justify their own healthy payment packages?

Or do you have the assumption that we use AI, so let’s make a video of the employer, think, so they can’t ask Chatgpt why they are qualified why they are stacking shelves or making coffee or answering phones.

Instead, let us have forced unemployment periods by developing deep false imitations that explain that their effective attitudes cause an increase of 30 percent in full nonsense. This is definitely better than worrying about how to pay their mortgages for them.

There are no desperate job seekers, all the events of life, all the events of life, the secrets of permanent professional and work success that teach us the secret to three easy classes go to a terrible place.

Of course, I’m talking about LinkedIn special purgatory. Although there is a large number of evidence to argue that some strange people like to share their fake authentic self on this platform, I refuse to believe that everyone is there for another reason because they are convinced that they are the only way to find a job or start a job.

That’s why we respect our LinkedIn profiles respectfully, publish three times a day, while struggling with the fact that it uses AI, we produce wise answers to all the stupid key selection criteria that take a long time, but we can’t make ourselves feel like cheating and we don’t cheat. And even if we have used it, we know that it is not a promised solution because we will still write… Or we will write AI… Tomorrow is another application.

We do everything and wait. And then the two people take people forever, ghosts, reject us.

They are all very stupid and very painful, long and unnecessary process.

It must be a better way. We need to break the get-a-wob industry in LinkedIn Talk! Where will Uber or Netflix or Airbnb will revolutionize and facilitate and make money in the acquisition of employment? A process that requires less work is not more.

Someone needs to improve it, and the sooner, the better.

Of course, I have no idea how to do this. If I did it, I would probably have a job.
