On June 9, 2024, 33 -year -old Renukaswamy’s body was found on the Bengaluru bridge. It was claimed that he sent inappropriate messages to Pavithra Gowda, a fan of Darshan. On June 11, Darshan and Pavithra were arrested for the murder.
