In the Supreme Supreme Court of Madras, a petition of a public benefit (PID) was filed in the Supreme Court of Madras, who claimed the allegations of Ramanathapuram Lok Sabha Member (IUML) Parliament K. Navaskani, who had damaged the income sources of Ramanathapuram Lok Sabha.
On Thursday, September 11, 2025, the first chapter of the Chief Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava and Justice G. Arul Murugan wanted to get his response to PIL PLEA to the CBI. Although the petition was initially opened before the Madurai Council of the Madrasa Supreme Court, the case was transferred to the main seat in Chennai because it was opened against a deputy.
K. Venkatachapathy, an advocate working in the Tirunnelveli Regional Court, opened his PIL objection through a lawyer at the record VR. Shanmuganathan. Senior advisor V. Raghavachari appeared before the first bench, and despite a certain complaint on September 19, 2024, he was affected by the need to order notification to the CBI because he did not record a first information report (FIR) against MP.
The Chicken said in his declaration that Mr. Navaskani served as a deputy of Ramanathapuram between 2019-2024 and was once again elected from the same election zone last year. The petition, in 2019 and 2024, while objected to the elections, compared with statements about their existence opened by MPs, their assets were a “extraordinary and steep walking” in the quantum.
“Shri Navaskani has created these important assets by abusing his official position. Given the minimal legitimate income, it is nothing more than the fighting of the nation.
In addition, although almost a year has passed since he made a complaint with the CBI, the investigation agency said he did not come to conduct any investigation against the deputy. For this reason, he sought a direction to the CBI Director to conduct a comprehensive investigation into disproportionate assets held by MP, as well as the Chennai Regional Deputy Director.
