The Screen on the Green was a Friday night film that targets families with free, child -friendly shows once a month. The latest event shows the September 12 show of “Pacifier” played by Vin Diesel.
On Sunday, The Waterfront was a free concert series that brought music performances to Meyer Amphitheater once a month. The latest event will be the September 21 concert of Florida R&B and Pop Band Mischife.
City Leaders aim at ‘more in our city’ activities’ activities

Kathleen Joy, the city’s communication director, said, “Although there are dear traditions in ‘Green on screen’ and ‘Waterfront’, we are excited to renew our programs to bring more varied and interesting experiences to residents and visitors in more areas of our city,” he said.
Commissioner Christy Fox, representing the city center of the city, did not answer a message looking for a comment.
