Primanti Bros. closes two locations in south-central Pa. after ‘careful consideration’
According to the company, two primeries in South-Central Pennsylvania this week.
Hanover’s position on 100 Eisenhower Drive and Chambersburg’s 983 Norland Boulevard are listed as online “permanently closed”.
Thursday afternoon the evening sun said, “After carefully evaluated the primary bros, Chambersburg and Hanover decided to close our restaurants.” He said.

Closing, on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, the sharing of the closing at the door of Hanover on 100 Eisenhower Drive came with very little warning with a sign.
In the afternoon of Thursday, September 11, 2025, the business signage was already out of the building in Hanover.
The location of Hanover’s established restaurant’s established restaurant was first opened in September 2022 and Chambersburg in 2023.

Primanti Bros.’s chief restaurant officer Paul Salupo is a prominent letter to the employees who advised the employees about the closure discussed in Hanover after the closing.
The letter advised employees to severance pay option and wrote that the closing was made as a business decision for the brand. The date given in the letter was given as 11 September 2025, although it wandered the day before.
