POSH compliance on rise: Sexual harassment complaints at top 30 firms up 6% in FY25

According to the data brought together by Complykaro for meat, the BSE 30 company received a total of 958 sexual harassment from its employees at FY25, according to data advising companies on sexual harassment or luxury compatibility or luxury compliance. Vishal Keda, the founder of Complykaro, said that a stable increase in complaints reiterated the effectiveness of sexual harassment in the law of 2013 (prevention, prohibition and correction), known as the POSH Law. Authority, at the end of the year, a 21% increase in complaints waiting to be solved is a matter of concern, he added. During the FY24, 902 cases were reported under luxury in Sensex companies, 800 or 88% of their cases were discarded and 12% of cases are waiting during reporting by companies containing spread.
“The Supreme Court does not only necessarily require all companies (big or small) to record India’s She-Box portal (IC), but I believe this year will be a tectonic change in luxury reporting and compatibility,” he said.
“This has led to an activity rush trying to comply with the Losh Law in the MSME, and we are getting an average of 7-8 investigations on this issue,” he added.
The She Box Portal will facilitate a victim to make a luxurious complaint, because all companies will be available under one roof. It can create more comfort in the fact that an employee is under surveillance on the investigation process.
Pallavi Pareek, the founder of Posh, a Bengaluru -centered consultancy and technology company, said, “The increase in luxury complaints is not a sign of the less safe of workplaces, but it is a sign that employees find their voices,” he said. “For years, silence was the norm. Today, more people are progressing because awareness is spreading and confidence in correction is increasing,” he said.
Interestingly, banks (34%) and IT companies (31.5%) have made almost two -thirds or 627 complaints of total Sensex complaints in 25 financial years. TATA Consulting Services (TCS) showed the maximum number of complaints received and 125 cases against 125 FY25 against 110 cases, then 117 cases fell from 133% to ICICI BAN, FY24, INFOSS, Tech Mahindra, HDFC Bank and HCL technologies.
None of these companies will respond to E -Post queries as of the press period on Saturday. “Posh law is only as strong as organizations want to implement it. Making a complaint should never feel like a risk, it should feel like a right,” he said.
