Trump cannot fire Fed’s Lisa Cook before FOMC meeting, appeals court rules

On Monday, a Federal Court of Appeal decided that President Donald Trump could not fir up the Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook before voting if the Central Bank of the Central Bank would reduce interest rates.

The decision of the US Court of Columbia Region Court of Appeal means that Cook, a member of the Board of Directors of the FED, could attend the two -day important meeting that started on Tuesday morning.

Trump’s lawyers made an urgent request to pause the lower court decision last week and prevented Cook from shooting as the President’s action against the President’s action.
