CENEVA (Reuters) – The United Nations Investigation Commission concluded that Israel had been genocide in Gaza on Tuesday and that high -level Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, provoked Israel’s accusations.
The UN report states examples to add their voices to the right groups and others to the same conclusion to the right groups and the same conclusion to support the genocide finding of a fertility clinic.
“Genocide occurs in Gaza,” he said.
“The responsibility of these crimes of brutality lies in the highest levels that have been organizing a genocide campaign for almost two years with the intention of destroying the Palestinian group in Gaza.
Israel Ambassador calls the genocide report ‘scandal’
Israel’s Ambassador of UN in Geneva Daniel Meron called the report “scandal” and “fake” and said it was written by “Hamas Proxys”.
“Israel categorically rejects the slander rent published by the investigation commission,” Meron told me that Meron said.
Israel, accused of having a political agenda against Israel and deviating from her post, refused to cooperate with it.
The 72 -page legal analysis of the Commission is the most powerful UN finding to date, but the organ is independent and does not officially speak for the United Nations. The UN has not yet used the term genocide, but under pressure to do it.
Israel is fighting the genocide case at the International Court of Justice in The Hague. According to the Israeli figures, on October 7, 2023, after October 7, 2023, referring to the right to defense, referring to Hamas’s right to defense after the attack that killed 1,200 people and resulted in 251 hostages.
According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, the next war in Gaza kills more than 64,000 people, while a global hunger monitor says that some of it suffers from famine.
The 1948 UN Genocide Convention, which was adopted after the mass murder of Nazi Germany, defines the genocide as a “committed crimes” partially or partly to destroy a national, ethnic, racial or religious group.
At least one of the five actions must have occurred to be considered as genocide.
The UN Commission found that Israel has committed four of them: killing; to cause serious physical or mental damages; Intentionally impressive living conditions calculated to ensure that the Palestinians are completely or partially disappeared; and apply measures to prevent births.
Victims, witnesses, doctors, confirmed open source documents and satellite images and evidence interviews with evidence interviews.
Israel ‘removes the Palestinian population from humanity’
The Commission also concluded that the statements of Netanyahu and other officials were “direct proof of genocide intention”. A letter he wrote to Israeli troops in November 2023 is talking about a letter that compares the Gaza operation to what he describes as the “Total Disposal War” in Hebrew Bible.
Israel President Isaac Herzog and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant named the report.
Pillay from South Africa, who chaired the UN court for Rwanda, where more than 1 million people were killed in 1994, said the situations were comparable. “When I look at the facts in Rwanda genocide, it is very, very similar. You take your victims out of humanity. They are animals and therefore you can kill them without conscience.” He said.
The International Court of Justice referred to other Israeli statements about Gaza and Palestinians under 2024 Emergency Measures, while Netanyahu did not name it.
“As a result of our report, I hope that the minds of the states will be opened.” He said.
