Indooroopilly, Carindale, Nundah to get taller buildings, more homes under development plan

The current height limits are 10 floors around Carindale Shopping Center and 20 floors in Indooroopilly. Planning rules will be changed in both places to facilitate developers to build longer buildings.

NunDah will remain the current 12 -storey border, but changes will allow more housing home in mixed buildings.

Working on the plan will begin in a short time, next year community consultancy.

All the details are expected to be announced by Schrinner at the Brisbane vision event in Star Casino on Wednesday.
