Man raped woman during child abuse investigation
A man who raped a woman in the investigation to sexually harass the two children has been imprisoned for almost 18 years.
Newcastle Crown Court, 23 -year -old Aidn Cowen, a nine -year -old child sexually assaulted and raped a child under six years of age, and both raped a child who threatened both.
The court raped a 20 -year -old woman for hearing that she had been raped by a 20 -year -old woman, arrested for these crimes and was released on bail.
He was found guilty of eight crimes against those men and admitted that he had raped the woman, and judge Penny Moreland described him as a “special concern criminal”.
Prosecutor Joe Culley, Cowen attacks his first victim, a nine -year -old child, attacking a nine -year -old child, sexual harassment, and threatened to “hurt” the child if he does not fit, he said.
When the court targeted the second victim of the rapist, a child under six years of age at that time targeted a child he raped and threatened to slap if he did not hold a secret.
Cowen, who was 20 years old at the time, raped a woman and ignored the satisfaction of stopping, Cul said Culley.
‘Serious psychological damage’
In a statement read to the court, Cowen’s first victim, abuse, “both physically and mentally completely overwhelmed,” he said.
The court said that the youth struggles with an internal war every day and started to use the pain in a distracted way from its thoughts.
Judge Moreland said Cowen caused “serious psychological damages” and “a special concern criminal”.
Cowen, who was sentenced to 17 years and eight months of imprisonment, will have to serve a long license for two more years, signing a sex criminal record, and obeying the prevention of sexual damage for life.
