I’m a pharmacist, and I’ll NEVER take Mounjaro – terrifying, irreversible side effects are coming to light… patients have no idea the risk they’re taking

For many, the new wave of weight loss jabs is the wonder of modern medicine-a way to prohibit ‘food noise’ while falling.

However, the increasing number of users reported worrying side effects.

These include the Daily Mail columnist Nadine Dorries, who recently explained that Mounjaro, who recently left him with painful heartburn.

He is afraid that this is so heavy damage to his throat that now under the risk of developing esophagus cancer. And Mrs. Dorries is only far from what’s.

As a pharmacist with more than 30 years of experience, I am more and more concerned about the increase in patients with serious, long -term intestinal problems caused by injections that should help them.

These conditions are changing life-and that’s why I feel compelled to talk.

Some of these drugs work is to slow down the stomach, so that people feel faster. Therefore, they are very effective for weight loss – but for some, the same effect can become a curse.

The situation I see more in a more worrying way is gastroparez, where the stomach can no longer move food to a normal rate.

Symptoms are ruthless: People feel full after food, nausea or vomiting, bloating, stomach pain and gastric souring.

Nevertheless, this side effect is not listed anywhere in Mounjaro patient information brochures.

More importantly, although we believe that these problems will be solved when the injections are stopped, we discover that this is not always the case – some patients release some patients with permanent symptoms.

This is not just uncomfortable; weakening. Eating becomes stressful, nutrient intake decreases and malnutrition may occur in serious cases.

Something simple as enjoying a family dinner can turn into a ordeal – and many patients begin to waste.

Gastroparesis is a rare, chronic condition. Only 14 out of 100,000 British are diagnosed.

Although affected by all ages, women suffer from twice as much pain and are mostly diagnosed in those who are between the ages of 18-39, according to the charity.

Lawyers are expected to participate in legal procedures as thousands of more patients exposed to extreme side effects, including gastroparesis.

Pharmaceutical companies Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk are accused of stimulating patients or doctors on certain side effects caused by drugs.

Both companies said they would ‘strongly defend against these claims’ and reject the allegations in the cases.

A 56 -year -old woman diagnosed with gastroparesis, which is a part of the class action, said Daily Mail was fed with a tube in the rest of her life.

But I’m afraid, since weight loss jabs are more common than ever, we will start to see more and more victims.

What concerns me more is that these intestinal symptoms often lead to the prescription of gastric acid -reducing drugs such as proton pump inhibitors (PPIs).

These are among the most prescribed drugs in the UK-but they are linked to a number of conditions, including long-term use dementia.

Nadine Dorries had these disturbing side effects.

After the first Mounjaro injection of last June, it was prescribed with fatty liver disease and high cholesterol, which was prescribed with high cholesterol.

At first he relied on Gaviscon to control the pain-when he stopped his jabs in January, his acid reflux only worsened.

Nadine is one of the increasing number of patients in GLP-1s who apply to GPS with heartburn or reflux-like discomfort. The open answer is to treat it with a PPI.

While it can alleviate pain with acid, it does nothing to address the real problem: delayed stomach ejaculation.

In patients with gastroparesis, PPIs can sometimes worsen symptoms and combine them instead of solving digestive difficulties.

And when GLP-1 drugs are currently prescribed at higher doses to maximize weight loss, I am afraid that more people are not only permanent gastroparesis, but also a lifelong confidence in PPIs.

GLP-1 drugs have a place in the treatment of obesity and diabetes. However, the risks are real and awareness is very important. Permanent gastroparez destroys the quality of life. We cannot ignore this silent, weakening side effects.
