Trump, Xi call on TikTok deal underway

President Donald Trump and Chinese leader Xi Jinping started a highly anticipated call to conclude an agreement to prevent Tiktok from being dark in the United States on Friday
In a statement to a White House official CNBC, the call started at 8 am.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Washington and Beijing agree on Monday, an agreement for the social media platform “framework”.
