A $305 million building site is for sale on billionaire island
A half-built coupe two doors down from Amazon boss Jeff Bezos has hit the market with more than $300 million.
The construction site is located on Indian Creek Island, a man-made island in Florida that is home to some of the most expensive real estate in the United States.

In this gated community, nicknamed the ‘billionaires’ shelter’, US investor Carl Icahn, political consultant and US President Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka and Bezos are among the residents.
The site at 7 Indian Creek Island Road hit the market yesterday with a price tag of US$200 million ($305 million). Wall Street Magazine reported.
The owners of the mansion are plastic surgeon Dr. Aaron Rollins and his wife are real estate agent Marine Rollins.
If the property reaches the asking price, it will be the most expensive sale ever on Indian Creek Island.
