A.P. CM Naidu discusses partnership in key sectors with Singapore President

On the third day of his visit to Singapore on Tuesday, Andhra Pradesh met with Prime Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Singapore President Tharman Thahanmuraratnam and former Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
The discussions focused on establishing a solid partnership between Andhra Pradesh and Singapore.
During his interaction with Mr. Shahan Mugaratnam, Mr. Naidu, information economy, infrastructure development, semiconductors, re -revival of Aaravati as a planned capital, emphasized the importance of cooperation in areas such as urban planning and renewable energy.
“The visit was the beginning of a new department in strategic participation with andhra Pradesh with Singapore. We are sure that it will lead to long -term cooperation in critical areas,” he said.
In his meeting with Mr. Lee Hsien Loong, his ties between Mr. Naidu, India and Singapore emphasized the potential of his visit to cement.
Andhra Pradesh said that it is ready to be a key partner for Singapore in India’s growth story with reform -oriented governance and pro -investment policies.
In an official statement on Tuesday, both meetings were seen as instrumental in the promotion of global standard development in Andhra Pradesh, laid the basis of advanced bilateral interactions.
