MA & UD Minister P. Narayana, who later addressed the media, said that the government has given the most important priority to create social infrastructure such as clean drinking water, municipalities, roads, parks and sanitation facilities such as street lighting. Waste-Energy Plants

The Minister said that 8,000 tons of solid waste was produced daily and his efforts to produce electricity continue from him. Between 2014-2019, it was decided to establish 10 waste-energy facilities. Currently, only two plants operate in Gundur and Visakhapatnam.

Soon this kind of six plants would be established in Rajahmundry, Nellore, Kadapa, Kurnool, Vijayawada and Tirupati. These plants would convert 7,500 tons of waste daily into electricity and the remaining 500 tons would be safely discarded. Authorized, 85 lakh toned old waste cleaning will be completed until October 2, he said.

Tidco Houses

Mr. Narayana, the construction of five Lakh Tidco house between 2014-2019 began, but the previous YSRCP government has reduced the number to 2.60 Lakh, he said.
