Diogo Jota and André Silva’s funeral held in Portugal

Footballers Diogo Jota and André Silva were honored by their families, friends and teammates at a joint funeral in Portugal.

28 -year -old Jota was thrown to rest next to his 25 -year -old brother Silva after he died in a car accident on Thursday.

Hundreds of indigenous and supporters gathered in Igreja Matriz in Gondomar on Saturday.

The funeral also brought together big names from football, including Jota’s teammates Virgil Van Dijk and Andy Robertson.

Football fan Fábio Silva inspired many people in Gondomar, Jota’s journey as an actor.
