Photographs will check with online databases such as driver licenses, pan cards, mnregs records and even electricity bills. These steps are according to the requirements of the central KYC (know your customer) and will help protect a consistent and verified identity system.

UDAI has published 140 Crore Aadhaar in the last 15 years. Almost all adults in the country now have AADHAAR and even newborn buy shortly after birth. Therefore, the government now tightens the rules, so that only adult records are receiving.
