Abbey said she started the morning by drinking coffee after waking up at 6.30am while the children ate croissants for breakfast, and admitted that starting the day could be ‘hectic’ as she had to ensure she got to school on time.
She told the Sunday Times magazine: ‘My day can start when all four children are at school. ‘I may over-indulge and drink too much wine on holiday, but I’ll get healthy afterwards, so I go to the gym every day.’
The model also said she will spend an hour practicing dressage with her horse Enzo and record their podcast, The Therapy Crouch, with Crouch once a week.
He continued: ‘If we’re podcasting, lunch will be a chicken sandwich from the deli. Once a week I’ll meet a group of friends for a girly lunch of pasta and a bellini or two.
‘Dinner is always cooked by me; I made these incredible dauphinoise potatoes with steak, mushrooms, and green beans last night.
‘If I’m too tired or out and about, Pete will either get a takeaway or make the only meal he’s ever cooked, which is his dad’s omelette; basically stuffed with whatever you have in the fridge.’
