ACB unearths properties disproportionate to income of a home guard in Vizianagaram district

Anti-Corruption Bureau officials have uncovered properties disproportionate to the known sources of income of a home security guard identified as Netti Srinivasa Rao in Vizianagaram district. ACB sleuths conducted simultaneous raids in S. Kota, Vizianagaram and his hometown Gurla on Thursday, January 29.

According to ACB sources, the home guard has been working with Vizianagaram Police Department for the last 15 years. ACB teams seized many title documents such as gold, silver and cash. They are also trying to open the bank lockers of Mr. Srinivasa Rao and his family members. The teams reportedly interacted with colleagues and others to find out the home guard’s background and sources of income.
