India’s Top Utility Considers Bulk Purchase of Nuclear Reactors

(Bloomberg) – India’s largest power producer NTPC Ltd., the government tried to reduce dependence on fossil fuels, while expanding the atomic energy capacity to expand a wider national effort to expand the mass purchasing nuclear reactors searched for approval.

Operated by the state, the company aims to purchase large units ranging from 700 megawatts to approximately 1,730 megawatts and approximately 1,730 megawatts, but it has not yet finalized its tender size.
