Met Police handling of Caroline Flack assault case was ‘reasonable and proportionate’, watchdog finds

An investigation into the death of Mrs. Flack concluded on 15 February 2020 that she had her own life.

“IPC conducted an investigation and did not find a new evidence to change the previous results in January 2025.”
