President Donald Trump made a social media post about Hamas a few minutes before the deadline for a peace proposal.
The deadline was 18:00 on Sunday. In a message on real Social, Trump wrote, “release hostages with countries (Arab, Muslim and everyone else) from all over the world this weekend, to end the war in Gaza, but more importantly, he finally seeks peace in the Middle East.”
“These talks were very successful and progressed rapidly,” Trump said. He said. “Technical teams will meet again in Egypt on Monday and will clarify the final details.”
