Super Typhoon Ragasa rampages through Taiwan, Hong Kong and southern China | Extreme weather

Super Typhoon Ragasa beat Taiwan, Hong Kong and China before moving to Vietnam on Thursday night.

At the summit, Ragasa moved to the south of Taiwan and had 165MPH wind speeds, where there was significant heavy rain, which resulted in 17 deaths with a barrier explosion.

Later, the storms moved to the south of Hong Kong, which was equivalent to a category of 4 hurricanes with average wind speeds of 150MPH before he ashore in Guangdong state of China on Wednesday.
