Agent arrested after Premier League footballer threatened with a gun

A football manager who allegedly threatened a Premier League player with a gun has been arrested.
The football player, in his 20s, was targeted in London on September 6.
The incident was described as a “horrific” ordeal for the actor, who cannot be legally identified.
The player’s club is aware of the incident.
It was claimed that another person was blackmailed and threatened by the same person during the incident in question.
No injuries were reported in either incident.
Police were called at 23:14 BST to reports of a man being threatened with a firearm.
The 31-year-old defendant was arrested on September 8 on suspicion of possessing a firearm with intent, blackmail and driving without a license.
He was released on bail while investigations continue.
The Metropolitan Police are investigating the incident.
