AI-powered Gaia Family transforms IVF with predictable pricing model

In vitro fertilization (IVF) can take a serious toll on families, not only emotionally but also financially, especially when each cycle comes with new bills and there is no clear idea of what the whole journey might cost. Gaia Family aims to change this by taking the guesswork out of pricing with a blend of technology and AI-driven predictions. Rather than worrying about unforeseen costs, couples pay a fixed upfront price or monthly installments that cover planned in vitro fertilization treatment, medications, embryo transfers, and built-in protections in case the cycle or transfers are not successful. It provides families with a clearer path forward and ongoing support throughout the entire process.

THE POWER OF ROBOTS IN PREGNANCY RESEARCH Breaks Grounds, Increases In Vitro Fertilization Success Rates

How was the Gaia Family born?
Gaia Family was founded by former Goldman Sachs executive Nader AlSalim, who knew the in vitro fertilization struggle firsthand. After spending more than $50,000 on five rounds of in vitro fertilization in many countries, he and his wife finally had a son. The experience left him frustrated by how little clarity the system offered and how emotionally draining the process could be.
He found that most fertility systems were built around procedures, not people. His goal with Gaia Family was to create something different; a program that empowers families using data rather than leaving them with uncertainty and mounting debt. This personal experience became the foundation of Gaia Family’s mission to bring representation, transparency, and compassion to fertility care.

How does the Gaia Family’s plan work?
- Choose your clinic: Gaia partners with more than 100 fertility clinics across the US
- Get your personalized quote: Your doctor designs your treatment plan and Gaia uses this to pre-calculate your fixed cost.
- Start with confidence: Pay monthly or upfront, then start treatment knowing all your major expenses are covered.
If a cycle doesn’t result in viable embryos, Gaia’s built-in protection covers another attempt, helping families try again without financial shock. Once you have viable embryos, your Gaia Plan allows unlimited frozen embryo transfers (usually $5,000 each) at no extra cost until you have your baby. And if none of these transfers result in a live birth, then Gaia will give you money for another cycle. You also have the option to include all your PGT-A tests and medications for a flat fee, so you have even more protection throughout your journey. AlSalim told CyberGuy that the company’s mission goes beyond technology.
“As Gaia Family, we use artificial intelligence not to replace the human element in fertility care, but to bring more confidence to it,” AlSalim said. “Fertility treatment can feel like a game of chance; our technology helps turn that into a guided, informed journey. By analyzing millions of data points, we can predict the most effective and affordable path for each individual, so patients can make decisions based on data rather than uncertainty. Ultimately, this is about offering hopeful parents greater inclusion, transparency, and peace of mind during one of the most emotional experiences of their lives.”

Why is the Gaia Family model important?
In the United States, in vitro fertilization treatment can cost up to $30,000 per cycle, and most couples need several attempts. Each failed attempt adds more bills and stress. Gaia Family’s fixed cost model provides families with financial predictability while also providing emotional support. It also encourages clinics to focus on results rather than repeat treatments.
This approach is changing the way people view fertility care. Rather than relying on luck, families can leverage AI insights to make better decisions. While it may not yet reduce medical costs, it is changing the way couples experience one of life’s most emotional challenges, transforming fear into conscious planning and despair into hope. Gaia makes couples’ results much more affordable by eliminating incremental costs.
What does this mean for you?
If you’re considering in vitro fertilization or egg freezing, Gaia Family’s model may make your path more manageable. It provides clear transparency on costs, protection against financial loss, and data-driven prediction of success. It helps you make decisions based on evidence rather than guesswork.
Although AI can analyze data patterns, it cannot change biology. Factors such as age, health and genetics continue to shape results. Even so, Gaia Family’s system gives couples a sense of control without any eligibility criteria in terms of age or health factors that traditional fertility care rarely provides by serving everyone. Knowing that your finances are protected can reduce stress and allow you to focus on what matters most: building your family.
