AI to bring $115 billion a year boost to Australia
The data center capacity will have to be more than two floors by 2030 and will require only 8300 data center workers.
Productivity gains include faster processing requests to find new and more efficient ways to provide services from customers.
Commonwealth Bank said that it has recently been fulfilled by AI CT Support Assistant, that it has processed 2.3 million messages and has completed 12,000 IT correction in the last six months and saved approximately 2500 hours. Each correction received an average of two minutes compared to 17 minutes to call a CT service table.
Openai, who predicts that more than 500 million people use the AI system in Australia, says that it increased more than twice last year.
One of the biggest fears is the wholesale losses when replacing people. Goldman Sachs defended with increasing concerns this year with increasing concerns that 300 million jobs can be “displaced by technology around the world this year and that the entry -level works have disappeared.
On Monday, research by the Jobs search site Adzuna showed that the entry -level works in the UK has dropped 31.9 percent since the launch of Chatgpt in November 2022.
However, Openai’s first chief economist, Ronnie Chatterji, said that the nature of the new technology has been created even more work, even though it was a job that can be pushed aside by artificial intelligence.
Openai Global Chief Economist Ronnie Chatterji said that although AI is destructive, economic and social gains will be worth it.
He said there was an increase in new jobs from technology to Podcasters from major technology officials in large companies.
“There are things that did not exist 20 years ago. Go back to the 1940s, and there are many things that do not exist today,” he said.
“I am not saying that there will be no effect on the labor market, but productivity will increase and there will be completely new jobs in different sectors.”
New technologies have been the driving force of productivity in the last 200 years from the beginning of the industrial revolution to the emergence of personal computer.
Chattergia, AI, similar to electricity, said that it is a general use technology that increases efficiency in all regions of the economy.
However, unlike electricity, AI was growing rapidly and changed much faster to businesses and homes.
The risk of Openai’s appearance is that Australia does not adopt technology or puts too much restriction around it.
“When Australia moves for purposes – in digital payments, roof sun or cloud [computing] Adoption – can rule the world, ”he said.

“Australians are fast to adopt new technology compared to other Western countries. AI should not be different.”
Among his suggestions for Australia, to provide education for school teachers and to integrate artificial intelligence into the national curriculum, to provide tax incentives or grants to enterprises that undertake new technology and to release public data clusters that can be used for AI analysis.
The use of artificial intelligence and its impact on jobs has provided concerns from trade unions and community groups by calling AI -specific laws to protect workers. AI.
Last week, the Minister of Efficiency Andrew Leigh returned to AI’s calls for direct government regulations.
“Regulation should follow a principle -based approach. Start by applying existing laws.
“If only these approaches are insufficient, AI -specific rules should be taken into consideration.”
