In the statement, it was stated that the two airlines will carry out planned operations to Jeddah and Muscat, including a total of 10 flights between Indian cities and Jeddah.
Air India will operate one return service each from Delhi and Mumbai; Air India Express will operate one flight each from Bengaluru, Kozhikode and Mangalore.
In the statement made by Air India, it was also stated that Air India Express will operate 12 scheduled flights to and from Muscat, one each from Delhi, Kannur, Mumbai and Thiruvananthapuram and two from Kochi.
Earlier in the day, IndiGo said its flight operations in Dubai have been further restricted, thus affecting some of its services scheduled between March 15 and 17.
Amid escalating conflicts between the United States, Israel and Iran, many airlines have curtailed their operations due to airspace restrictions in West Asia.
