Formerly Carlotta’s in Scotts Crossing, the venue will soon become Hunter & Barrel, a premium steakhouse with locations in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, as well as Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It is owned by Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group, which also owns The Meat & Wine Co at 220 London Circuit.
