Alex and Jess reunited about two weeks ago after Alex returned home early from Brisbane.
The sports presenter left the I’m A Celebrity run early to fly to the UK to support Jess after her mother suffered a massive stroke that required brain surgery.
The celebrities are supposed to stay in Australia for the entire time until the final contestant is eliminated, but Alex broke it to go home and support Jess.
Jess explained that because her mother was unwell, she was unable to travel to Australia and meet Alex on the bridge as her loved ones usually did.
Alex was the first star to be evacuated from the bush and was soon flown back to the UK where he went for a cozy coffee with his partner.
Jess posted on her Instagram Story as she enjoyed the conversation, posting a red heart emoji in the caption.
Alex was bundled up as he drank his hot drink, as the cold English winter proved to be a very different environment for warming up Australia.
On her story, Alex shared a photo of herself holding hands with Jess and wrote: ‘Home is where the heart is.’

The Ryder Cup winner, who has never received a SPOTY award despite being nominated multiple times, was given odds of 8/13. Paddy Power.
This puts her ahead of Lionesses star Chloe Kelly, who is rated 10/3 after winning the European Championship, and Formula 1 king Lando Norris, who is rated 7/2.
Lionesses goalkeeper Hannah Hampton is in the mix at 20/1, while Luke Littler is at 25/1 after winning the World Darts Championship as a 17-year-old.
England Women’s Rugby star Ellie Kildunne has been appointed at odds of 66/1 after winning the World Cup.

But the Lionesses duo face stiff competition from Kelly and Hampton, and recent history has smiled kindly on star Sarina Wiegman.
Beth Mead received the award in 2022, and Mary Earps continued this success in 2023.
Norris became third favorite after winning his first F1 Drivers’ Championship for McLaren at the Abu Dhabi GP.
