Ambedkar Statue Desecrated In Chittoor District, Protests Erupt
Tirupate: Unidentified false creatures, in the early hours of Friday in the Devalampeta Village in Chittoorpam latch. He fired a statue of Bor Ambedkar and triggered widespread tension in the region.

Ramprasad Reddy, the Minister of the Region, reviewed the situation and described the incident as unfortunate. Soon he made sure that a new Ambedkar statue would be installed on the site.
According to a report, the fire spread from a adjacent hut to the statue and caused damage.
