Since then he has been released from prison last week, he made an objection to fight against domestic violence.

Mehajer did not participate in the NSW Criminal Court on Thursday morning.

Having a navy blue suit, white shirt and hair -haired hair, Horageer, with the identity of the hearing on August 4, asked to be pushed back in the midst of “problems”.

He claimed that the complainant had the identity, so he needs to get new identity to allow him to go to the Apple Store and get more material to support his declaration.

Mehajer claimed that his phone was “deleted remotely ve and he hoped that he could provide some supportive evidence – ie the iCloud server after joining the Apple Store.

He sought a delay for up to three weeks, but the crown argued that the date of the hearing had already been changed to ensure that the Hayfer was released from the detention and the problem arose at the hearing.

“This is not a new problem,” the crown prosecutor said to the court.

“This is very tightly the position of the crown: it is too late to raise it at this stage, this is completely speculative… The appeal can continue.”

If a delay is given, the hearing will have to be moved to November due to the existence of the crown, which Mehajer said that he did not want such a long delay to Peter Clayton.
