Anchor Shiva Jyothi Opens Up About Her Emotional Journey to Pregnancy

This is a beautiful milestone for host and former Bigg Boss contestant Shiva Jyothi, who is approaching her due date after celebrating a joyous baby shower recently. But his journey was not without obstacles. In a candid video shared on Instagram, she opened up about the social pressure and personal struggles she has faced over the past few years.
Shiva Jyothi started her post with a heartfelt request to her followers, prompting them to ask, “When are you getting married?” He urged you to stop asking intrusive questions like: or “When are you having children?” She explained that being constantly questioned about such personal milestones felt “overwhelming and awkward.”
Looking at her timeline, she shared that she got married in 2015 and initially focused on her career. Whenever people peeked into his personal life, he would confidently tell them that he would plan his family whenever he felt ready. But the reality behind the scenes became even more difficult when it began trials for children three years ago. He admitted that he felt “very bad” when people questioned him and reiterated that no one should ask such personal questions of others.
Shiva Jyothi also touched on the logistics aspect of her life and stated that although their financial situation was good before her stint in the Bigg Boss house, the lockdown in 2019 forced her and her husband to postpone their child plans by two years. After building their home, they began experimenting in earnest in December 2023.
“I went through various tests for two years,” he said. While many people asked whether she opted for in vitro fertilization or IUI, she confirmed that she had a natural pregnancy “by the grace of God.” But he added that he wouldn’t hesitate to seek medical help if necessary, saying that if it didn’t happen naturally, he would no doubt “definitely choose IVF or IUI.”
