Andrew charged taxpayers for massage when trade envoy, claim ex-civil servants

Following the revelations in the Epstein files, the former civil servant at the UK’s Trade and Investment department said he regretted that Andrew was allowed to get away with the cost of the massage when he could have had a chance to control his behaviour.
