Andrew will not move to ‘shoe-box’ as expert gives 11-word verdict | Royal | News

Former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond told the Mirror the house was “not as cold as it looks”.
Mrs Bond added: “Marsh Farm appears to be a very pleasant old farmhouse set in its own grounds. It looks like it will require quite a bit of work, but if this is true it will no doubt be at the King’s expense.”
Marsh Farm is around seven miles from Sandringham House and is also located near the secluded Wood Farm estate much loved by Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
Speaking of the new home’s location, Ms Bond claims Andrew is “thoroughly familiar” with the surroundings of Marsh Farm.
Ms Bond also added that she would not be isolated in her new home as she had been on the site frequently throughout her life.
He added: “He spent many of his childhood days playing in the grounds; he was sometimes with the late Diana, Princess of Wales, and spent many holidays there as an adult. And I’m sure he has friends in the area. So it’s not as ‘out in the cold’ as it might seem.”
