Supreme Court to hear transparency plea today; MCC counselling expected schedule soon

One of the petitions was previously opened by the United Doctors Front (UDF), who previously opposed the decision of the Neet PG 2025 of the NBE, which opposed the decision to implement two shifts and normalization formulas.
The Supreme Court is preparing to hear the Pleass of Doctors and Candidates of 2025 (September 12) of the Neet PG (National Compliance Cum Entrance Test). The review switch release system imposed by the National Exams Board of the National Exams in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has been the subject of a dispute by petitions. Instead of all question paper and comprehensive answer switches, only ‘answer key identities’ were presented by NBEMS. Candidates argue that this approach makes it difficult to confirm the answers and increases the concerns about the fairness of the evaluation process.
Previously, the Neet PG 2025 of the NBE, the United Doctors Front (UDF), who objected to the intention of using the application and normalization procedure in two shifts, presented one of the petitions. In addition, the NBEMs released a ‘corrective notification’ on August 21, which was currently examined by the courts. To support a petition, Satyam Singh defended Rajpoot, confirming that the Supreme Court would take into account all cases against Neet PG in a sitting.
According to students, the limited version of the Neet PG 2025 response switches prevents ‘opaque, confusing and significant verification’. They claim that this approach violates its constitutional rights to a fair acceptance procedure in accordance with Articles 14 and 21. ‘The aim of publishing the answer keys is to allow candidates to cross the answers and increase objections”.
On April 29, the Supreme Court ordered the NBE to explain the normalization formula, answer keys and raw points to the public. NBEMS is accused of not being bound by this directive by candidates.
The 50 % All-India quota (AIQ) seats are expected to be released by the Medical Consultancy Committee (MCC) in a short time. However, if the court requires NBEMS to publish comprehensive response keys, the consulting process may be postponed. Neet PG 2025 merit list has already been published and the assumptions will progress according to ranks; However, the decision of the Supreme Court may affect the final program.
Neet PG 2025 applicants claimed that only the publication of question identities during the previous Supreme Supreme Court hearing reduced transparency and called the usability of full question papers and answer switches. NBEMS first changed its strategy after promising a full explanation.
