Apple to Hold Product Launch on March 4, May Unveil New MacBooks

Apple said on Monday that it will hold a product launch on March 4 and that the company is preparing to announce several new devices in the coming weeks.

The iPhone maker said it would conduct an in-person “experience” by inviting media to meetings in New York, Shanghai and London. The invitation marks a more low-key showcase than typical launches held at the company’s campus in Cupertino, California.

The invitation does not specify whether a keynote will be streamed online, as has been typical since 2020 when Apple had to adjust its event strategy due to Covid.

According to Bloomberg News, Apple plans to launch many new products in the first half of 2026, including new MacBook Pros, MacBook Airs, low-cost MacBooks in various colors and new iPad models. Apple is also planning to launch the iPhone 17e, an update to its mid-range smartphone, soon.

Bloomberg News reported earlier this month that Apple was preparing for a launch in the first week of March.
