Stuart Lee jailed for 35 years for setting neighbour’s friend on fire

Lee entered the backyard, a fence climbed and poured the gasoline into Bainbridge before burning. Joshua, the son of Bainbridge, who worked nearby, ran and helped to extinguish the flames with a hose.

He flew to Alfred with Burns until 81 percent of his body and died that evening.

In the court, Tinney acknowledged that Lee had a personality disorder, which suspected him inevitably from his neighbors. However, he rejected the allegations that his clients were really afraid of Bainbridge, but rather acting only anger.

Tinney said, “Your bad anger has overcome your clear understanding of the mistake of your actions, and you have committed murder,” he said.

Lee will be suitable for conditional evacuation after 27 years.
