Armed home invaders target Ryan Naumenko’s home
Last month, Fazal and Naumenko launched a podcast called. Word on the StreetNaumenko said it would “dive into the boldest parts of crime.” But the two fell out after Naumenko made public allegations about the ABC reporter’s ties to the Alameddine crime family and allegations, including that he had forwarded death threats to famed YouTube figure Jordan Shanks, known online as FriendlyJordies.

The Alameddine gang and the rival Hamzy clan have been involved in 20 tit-for-tat murders, as well as kidnapping, arson and torture as they battle for control of Sydney’s lucrative drugs trade.
“Ryan Naumenko has a criminal history, a history of abuse, and a documented history of dishonesty. As a journalist, you should know that background is important when evaluating his credibility and motivations as your source,” Fazal said in an email last week.
On Wednesday, Naumenko threatened revenge for the home invasion on Instagram.
“I know those who are reading this are reading this – we will find you. God willing, we will.”
“Don’t f—g stinky skunks run into my parents’ house and create terror and fear and get no results? I’m not afraid of jail like these bitches. It’s on.”
In an updated post, he offered a reward to anyone who could identify the trio and order the attack.
This is the second known incident of Naumenko being targeted at his home.
In October 2024, two masked men parked outside the property were spotted by a neighbor who called police. The attackers escaped after destroying both escape vehicles.
In a post on social media platform Substack in July of this year, Naumenko claimed he was nearly killed for his content, prompting him to professionalize Outlaw Media.
“A brush with semi-automatic pistols with a hit team changed everything. This was the wake-up call I needed to shift gears, turn this hobby into a legitimate, profitable outlet for raw, unfiltered crime news,” he said.
It is not suggested that Fazal had anything to do with the home invasion in Mildura.
