Arrest made in West Hollywood burglary where dog was killed
The Los Angeles County Sheriff department confirmed on Sunday, a man accused of entering the Western Hollywood apartment and killing a resident dog at the beginning of this month.
According to LASD, Anmol Bhatia was detained around 19.00 near Wilshire Boulevard and Elm Drive. The authorities have not yet published details about how the deputies found it or led to arrest.
On the night of September 4, the investigation began when deputies responded to a call for theft in the 1200 blocks of North Harper Boulevard. He told the calm deputies that someone came in and that his dog was alone when he was far away.
Video surveillance from the apartment caught the suspect who entered the residence less than 23:30. The images showed that the uninvited guest abused the little dog until unresponsive. MPs confirmed that the animal died when they arrived.
