Florida Woman, 31, Accused of Peeing on and Damaging More Than $3,000 Worth of Property in Multiple Airbnbs

A woman in Florida has been charged with a felony after allegedly urinating on property at two different Airbnbs

According to the Pensacola Police Department (PPD), the woman, 31-year-old Nicolette Keough, allegedly took videos of herself urinating and uploaded them to an adult movie site in exchange for money.

Nicolette Keough, 31, of Pensacola, was named as a suspect in the alleged incident. WDBJ7, News Channel 8 And fox 34.
According to Pensacola Police (PPD) arrest documents, an Airbnb owner filed charges against Keough on March 15 after receiving information that Keough had urinated on some items on his property, according to News Channel 8.

The owner later allegedly found videos of a woman identified as Keough urinating at the Airbnb, uploaded to an adult website. According to PPD, the homeowner also reported a strong urine odor in the home following Keough’s visit, according to News Channel 8.
Police also said Keough urinated at another Airbnb property on the same street owned by the same person, according to News Channel 8.
The owner found the antique Crown Royal chair, rug, typewriter, four dining room chairs, coffee maker, bed, television, record player, toaster and electric fireplace destroyed, according to the police report.
Police approached Keough after learning of the incident and eventually arrested him on a felony charge because the damages exceeded $3,000, PPD public information officer Mike Wood told PEOPLE.

Wood added that Keough allegedly uploaded the videos “to make money.”

Keough has since been released on bail, according to WDBJ 7.
It is unclear whether Keough has legal representation at this time.

“This type of behavior has no place at Airbnb. We have removed the guest from our platform and continue to assist the host with refund requests through our AirCover damage protection for hosts,” an Airbnb spokesperson said in a statement to PEOPLE.
“Incidents of property damage during Airbnb stays are rare, and our hosts are supported by our 24/7 global Community Support and AirCover, which is included with every booking,” the spokesperson added.
