Ashwini Vaishnaw invites Mamata Banerjee to inauguration of Kolkata Metro projects by PM on Aug 22

Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw invited West Bengal CM Mamata Bannerjee to the opening of three subway projects in Kalcutta on August 22nd.Prime Minister Narendra Modi will open the Sealdah-Esplanade section of the Green Line, Hemanda Mukhopadhyay (Ruby Crossing) -beleghata section and Noapara-Jai Hind Bimanbandar (Airport) section of the yellow line.
“We invite you to decorate you on the occasion of Jessore Road Metro Station for the above program,” Vaishnaw said in a letter dated 14, ” He said.
The Prime Minister or the State Government has not yet approved whether it will be participated in the program.

However, the TMC questioned the opening timing of the long -standing projects that have been opened at the beginning of next year by looking at the parliamentary elections.
