Astronauts may eat own recycled poo

Astronauts can eat recycled poops.
When they are in a space mission, they can eat a “stain” of their feces defined as Gooey Marmit or Vegemite.
This can solve the problem of space flight, not having enough food to eat on long -term journeys of astronauts.
Researchers from the United States, Pennsylvania State University used a four -foot -length closed, cylindrical system to determine which microbes came into contact with waste.
The germs broke the feces and the released methane directed the team to find a large amount of Methylococcus Capsulatus.
Bacteria rained 52 percent protein and 36 percent – a good nutrition source
The researchers found that they were almost far from the pathogens in the stool.
“Faster than growing tomatoes or potatoes, Christopher House, a physician at the United States University of Pennsylvania.
“While producing a direct or indirect edible biomass due to security concerns, we envisaged and tested the concept of treatment of astronauts simultaneously with germs.
“It would be a bit strange, but the concept would be like a Marmite or vegemite you eat a little ‘microbial goo’ stain.”
