At least three persons killed as car rams over three two-wheelers in A.P.’s Kakinada district

On Saturday, November 8, 2025, three people died on the spot and three others escaped with injuries after a car crashed into three two-wheelers on the national highway at Somavaram village under Kirlampudi police limits in Kakinada district of Andhra Pradesh.
Then the car crashed into a bus stop where no one was present. It was reported that the tire of the car traveling from Visakhapatnam to Rajamahendravaram burst, leading to the accident.
Circle Inspector YRK Srinivas said, “The three persons who died on the spot were driving their own two-wheelers.” The police came to the scene and removed the bodies. The police launched an investigation into the incident and the investigation is ongoing.
The identities of the deceased were stated as Mortha Anada Kumar, Kakada Raju and Mortha Kondayya. All of them are natives of Kakinada district.
The injured are Bathina Bhadram, Kondrapu Chaitanya and Cheepurupalli Phanisri, who are receiving treatment at the Government General Hospital in Kakinada city.
