Attack By Monkeys Causes Old Woman’s Death

KAKINADA: D. Chinna Bulli (65), an old woman from Peddipalem village of Prathipadu mandal of Kakinada district, lost her life after a group of monkeys attacked her on Saturday.

Sources said that the woman was taking the buffalos to the pond when suddenly a few monkeys attacked her. He fell and had a heart attack, which led to his death.

However, no case was registered regarding the incident. Prathipadu police said they did not receive any complaint and hence did not register a case.

It was stated that the woman’s family members did not make any complaints about the incident.
