Manchester Arena bomb plotter Hashem Abedi charged with attempted murder after attacking prison guards

Manchester Arena Plotter Hashem Abedi was accused of three murder attempts after four prison officials were injured in the maximum security prison.

The 28 -year -old Abedi is accused of real physical damage and a number of unauthorized knife or aggressive weapons after the incident in HMP Frankland in Durham on April 12th.

Against Terrorism Policing North East, Durham Constabulary and HMP Frankland, the incident was doing a “comprehensive investigation”, he said.

Abedi, who stayed in prison, will appear in the Westminster Magistrate Court on 18 September.

After the incident, three prison officers were hospitalized with serious injuries.
