Australian activists aboard Gaza flotilla deported; Trump peace deal negotiations ongoing; ISIS bride decision criticised by Coalition
Liberal Senator Jane Hume, speaking at Sky this morning, said he didn’t really believe the pro -Palestinian protesters. [want] Peace in the Middle East is in the first place, “he said.
“These protests openly aim to persecute a minority that is already threatened in Australia, that is to say, to the Jewish community, the most persecuted group of Australia. And this is unacceptable.”
“Don’t get me wrong, freedom of expression and freedom of protest is really important, but it is extremely important to protest peacefully. I hope that the protesters use their voices to focus on Hamas because the peace process is now in the hands of Hamas.

Hume, “These protesters, Hamas, the time to leave your weapons, the time to return the hostages, is the time to bring peace to the Middle East?
The liberal senator also said that the prime minister should be clearer.
“The Prime Minister must emerge and should be much stronger in his message, supporting Hamas, if that’s what we see on the streets, supporting Hamas is not a two -state solution, but if Hamas signed a peace agreement, it can be offered potentially, supporting Hamas. This is a terrorist organization, a terrorist organization on the list.”
